I have led a life defined by the rhythms of the earth, music, and deep contemplation. As a musician, songwriter, poet, dry stone waller, and spiritual companion, my multifaceted work is grounded in landscape, belonging, and the mysteries of the human condition.

I have performed my music globally and was notably invited to provide musical holding for David Whyte's renowned walking tours across Tuscany, Ireland, and the English Lake District—events that blend poetry and reflection into profound shared experiences.

I also practice the ancient craft of dry stone walling, a discipline built on patience and working in harmony with the natural environment. This same essence flows through my songs, poems, and spiritual guidance.

Currently, I am refining my path through Zen practice and training as an interfaith minister, fostering an inclusive space that honours all faiths and diverse life journeys.
