Walking alongside you

Listening for what is already emerging within you. A conversation-led space.

I walk beside you as you listen more clearly to the wisdom already emerging in your own life.

Spiritual accompaniment is not therapy, not advice and not a religious requirement. It is a quiet, unhurried companionship where life’s deeper questions can be welcomed, explored and held with care.

Active Stillness

Deep Listening
At the heart of every session,

I listen beneath the surface story for what is trying to be born, and for the quiet voice so often drowned out by busyness, expectation and fear.

A Mindful Sanctuary

Contemplative Presence
Drawing on Zen practice and contemplative traditions, I offer a calm, spacious setting where silence is as welcome as words.

Heart-Led Exploration

Compassionate Inquiry
We stay gently with the questions that matter most. As Rilke suggested, we "live the questions" and let answers arrive in their own time.

“The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our attention.”

— Thich Nhat Hanh

How our time together unfolds

In this one-to-one session, we begin with a few moments of stillness, then move into unhurried conversation. There is no agenda and nothing to fix.

We follow whatever is stirring in you, whether a question, a loss, a change or a longing you can’t quite name. Where it feels right, I may offer a poem, a song or a line of reflection, but none of it is ever required.

Sessions last [60] minutes and take place [online or in person].

Still life photography of a single lit candle on a dark surface. The warm flame illuminates faint smoke, creating a contemplative mood.

Is this for me?

People of all faiths and none are welcome. My approach is open and non-dogmatic, whether you carry a tradition, are questioning one, or hold no faith at all.

You may feel drawn to this work if…

  • You want a companion: you’d like a spiritual friend who walks beside you, not one who directs or prescribes.

  • You’re at a turning point: you’re facing a major transition in work, relationship or calling, or you’ve lost your sense of direction.

  • You’re living through grief or change: you’re carrying a loss, of a person, a role or a belief, and need a gentle place to hold it.

  • You’re seeking authenticity: there is a gap between the life you are living and the life you sense you are here to live.

  • You’re drawn to the inner life: you’re curious about questions of meaning, wisdom traditions, mindfulness and silence, without a fixed framework.

  • You long to reconnect: with creativity, with yourself, and with others and the world.

Begin with a free 20-minute conversation.
